The set (PAL-COFFEE(BX/TDS) and PAL-pH) makes it possible to make the best coffee by controlling not only the concentration of coffee, but also the pH of the water, which highly affects the scent and taste. Stable measurement is possible even when the coffee extract is at a high temperature.
Continuous measurement is automatically repeated, so stable measurement values can be read as the sample acclimates.
It can be utilized to devise a new menu/determine roasting recipes, stabilize the taste of coffee, and adjust coffee machines.
