Confidentiality
GENEQ undertakes to keep strictly confidential and not to divulge or communicate to third parties, by any means whatsoever, any information transmitted to it by its clients and to which it has access in the course of a communication or the execution of a mandate or an order. This confidential information will only be communicated to the members of its staff who are called upon to take cognizance of it and to use it.

Error in price or product description
Any errors in pricing or product description may be corrected at any time. We make every effort to offer you the best prices. It is possible that pricing errors may occur. We will do our best to honor the advertised prices and correct the situation; however, in some cases where this is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Invoice
A copy of your invoice can be sent to you by email (upon request) or by mail.

Order Status
As soon as the order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number.

Member buyers can check the status of their order by logging into the “my account” section at the top of the GENEQ website.

To ensure that you receive the confirmation notice as well as other communications regarding orders, please add our email address to your authorized correspondents, address book or contact list.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
GENEQ will provide its customers with the standard manufacturer’s warranty, if one exists, in effect at the time of purchase. GENEQ makes no other warranties, express or implied, with respect to any product, part or component not manufactured or repaired by GENEQ. GENEQ will extend to the purchaser the benefits of the manufacturer’s warranty upon inspection and finding that the goods are defective. The warranty on the performance of the equipment is limited to the manufacturer’s published specifications.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
Prices advertised on our website apply only to orders placed online. They are not valid for orders placed by phone, email, fax or in store. Prices are FOB at our warehouse address and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.

Online Payment
We accept most major credit cards: VISA – MASTERCARD -,and PAYPAL. Please contact us for any other payment method.

Return of goods
The deadline for returning a product is 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. No merchandise may be returned for credit or exchange without the prior written consent of GENEQ. Only merchandise in its original container and/or packaging may be returned and will be subject to inspection. Return shipping charges must be paid by the purchaser.

Returns of items not listed as in stock at the time of purchase may be subject to a restocking fee and, in rare cases, may not be returned, depending on the manufacturer’s return policy, as well as shipping or other charges. All sales of clearance items are final.

Shipping errors, missing or damaged items must be brought to our attention immediately (damaged products must be accompanied by a signed bill of lading indicating the damage).

In the event of shipping errors, we will ship a new order with the correct item(s) as soon as possible. However, if the original/incorrect item(s) are not returned to us within two weeks, you will be charged for both orders. Once the item(s) are returned, they will be credited to you.

Returned items will be inspected to determine if they are damaged or have been abused. A restocking fee or other charges may be assessed or items may be refused before any credit is issued.

Transaction Security
Our site is monitored, secured by a firewall, SiteLock bot protection software, and 2048 bit SSL encryption.

Sales Tax on Online Orders
We charge sales tax based on the Canadian province where the order is shipped.

Prices and special offers on our website are available exclusively for orders placed online. We offer our best prices on our website, detailed product information, and easy and secure checkout to provide the best for our customers.
