Shipping time
Inventory items are shipped the next day. Non-inventoried items are shipped within 1 to 3 weeks depending on your location.

Damage / Claims
We cannot be held responsible for partial or total damage to shipments. Geneq will not be responsible for damages due to delays in delivery. Should such an event occur, please report the details to the carrier immediately. Request that shipments be inspected by a representative of the carrier. Retain all containers and packing materials.
Customs and Brokerage Fees
All posted shipping charges include customs and brokerage fees. This includes orders that qualify for free ground shipping.
Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders over $300.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are never included in the sale price. Unless otherwise specified, shipments are made as soon as possible after receipt of the order, using a mode of transportation that we believe will be most satisfactory. We reserve the right to make partial shipments if delays beyond our control may postpone part of the order. International shipments may require special packaging and incur additional packaging charges.
Shipping Hours
We ship orders Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 4pm. Orders received after 4:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed the next business day.
Expedited Delivery
Since our operations are designed with free shipping in mind, we ask that you call us to arrange for expedited shipping. We will then send you a quote and a URL link to the payment page.
Shipping Company
We cannot ship our products to a parcel delivery company. If a shipping address provided is a parcel delivery company, we will contact you and request a valid business or residential address located in Canada.
