The Water Damage Restoration Master Kit X is the topmost kit including the top of the range digital meters for moisture content and relative humidity testing and monitoring of ambient conditions, concrete, wood, tiles, drywall, plaster and numerous building materials after water damage.

Walls and floors

Featuring the multi-functional Tramex MEX5 for dual-depth, non-invasive testing of moisture conditions in drywall, wood, plaster, brick, tiles, masonry, resilient flooring, laminates and roofing.

The MEX5 shallow-depth feature allows for measurement up to ⅜” (9mm) and the elimination of substrate influence on readings. The many advanced settings include a Baseline setting allowing for comparatives to the dry standard goal.

The MEX5 measures moisture content in wood and the pin-meters measure moisture content in drywall as well as WME comparative readings in various building materials.

Concrete

The Tramex CMEX5 digital concrete moisture meter provides instant, non-destructive quantitative moisture content measurement using Gravimetric testing as a baseline. The CMEX5 also incorporates a bayonet plug-in port for reusable Tramex Hygro-i2 RH probes for in-situ testing of concrete.

Ambient and In-situ air conditions

The meters feature built-in hygrometers for ambient conditions, psychrometric values and enthalpy, a built-in infrared surface thermometer and also incorporate the external in-situ RH probes for in-situ equilibrium RH readings and ambient psychrometrics, temperature, GPP g/kg and dew point conditions.

The reusable Hygro-i2 probes can also be used with the Tramex Feedback Datalogger to give live readings and time logs of relative humidity, temperature and dew point in the environment and in materials and air spaces. Built-in hygrometers and Infrared surface thermometers provide psychrometrics, surface temperature, GPP g/kg and dew point conditions.

Moisture mapping

Bluetooth connectivity to the Tramex Meters App allows for visualization of readings, moisture mapping and data reporting to mobile devices, to GeoTag test results, create, save and share photos, reports and charts, as well as see your meter screen on your phone when extending to hard to reach places.

The Tramex Water Damage Restoration Master Kit X comes with an extension handle in a protective heavy-duty carrying case with die-cut foam lining.
