Product Description
Custom MesaStrip Steam consists of paper microstrips inoculated with a sterilizationresistant spore population packaged in a glassine envelope, or bulk without an envelope. The glassine envelope serves as a microbial barrier which protects the spore strip from post sterilization contamination.

Indications for Use
Custom MesaStrip Steam is a biological indicator (BI) microstrip used in monitoring the efficacy of steam sterilization processes where traditional BIs are too large.
Packaging
Custom MesaStrips are available in bags of 100 individual glassine-wrapped microstrips or bulk microstrips directly packaged into a foil pouch.
Labeling
- The glassine envelopes are labeled with product type, organism, lot number and expiration date.
- Each bag contains a self-adhesive label on the outside to further identify the product.
